Notification preferences

Turn each channel on or off per event type.

  • Documents added An instructor shares a document with a course.
  • Waiting list Someone joins the waiting list.
  • Payments at school A payment at school needs to be validated.
  • Messages You receive a new message.
  • Hours alerts A student’s contract hours aren’t fully enrolled.
  • Enterprise requests An enterprise sends a training request.
  • Lesson changes A lesson is moved or cancelled.
  • Feedback & complaints A student or instructor sends feedback.
  • Certifications A certification is requested or sold.
  • System Exports are ready and other platform updates.

Changes apply to new notifications only.
